Labrador Puppy Breeders
We do all essential DNA tests on our Sires and Dams for genetic abnormalities to give our puppies a genetic advantage. As a result of this testing, our puppies can never be affected by these diseases including but not limited to; HNPK, SD2, CNM, PRA, MCD, EIC, STGD, DM,
Sires and Dams will hold current clear eye certificates and will be of Kennel Club standard for Hip and Elbow scores. This ensures the breed standard will remain healthy.
There will only be two colours produced from our litters, depending on Sire/Dam combination. These will be black and yellow. Yellow can range from the more traditional yellow through to the dark yellow that people also refer to as “fox red”.
Labrador Puppies in Scotland
All puppies get fully health checked by our vet at 5 and 8 weeks old. Puppies come with free puppy packs which includes food they have been brought up on, toys and all certification.
All our puppies are whelped in our custom-built whelping suite. This has underfloor heating, anti-bacterial surfaces and air filtration systems to ensure the suite is well ventilated.
Our kennels are specifically designed for the security and wellbeing of the dogs. They are thoroughly cleaned every day and depending on the age of the puppies, they have access to two large outdoor runs where they can sunbathe, play and relax.
Our main reason for breeding Labrador Retrievers is to meet three goals: to be outstanding in the shooting field, be great biddable family pets and to improve the breed standard.
