Part Trained Labradors

From our litters we keep back a select few dogs to train on and compete with. Because of the high level of competition we aim for, some of these dogs through no fault of their own, do not make the grade. These dogs will make outstanding shooting dogs or very obedient pets.

Their level of training varies depending on the age and dog. Usually they will be:

  • Walking to heel loose lead
  • Retrieving
  • Sitting and staying
  • Socialised with other dogs and training scenarios

Fully Trained Labradors

Our fully trained Labradors vary between 18 months to 5 years old and will either be black or yellow. All dogs make outstanding peg dogs or shooting companions.

Fully trained dogs will have had at least 15+ days working on various types of ground and game, with most having competed in trials and working tests.

As well as shooting and training, we ensure all our dogs have experience away from the field, from being around children of all ages to walking down a busy high street full of people or walking through a field full of sheep.

All our fully trained dogs will:

  • Walk to heel without lead
  • Stop on whistle
  • Handle at distance
  • Be rock steady throughout drives
  • Be very obedient
  • Retrieve all manner of game

All our dogs will be fully health tested with Hips and Elbows below average. Hold clear eye certificates and be genetically clear of all DNA tests

We have exported dogs worldwide. Countries include Sweden, France, Denmark, Germany and North and South America.
